Moulds, fixtures and suppliers set up for the product.
Units are built on the line, consistently, at volume.
Every batch is checked against the approved sample.
Finished units are packed and ready for delivery.
We prepare your design for production, choose and manage suppliers, and stay involved until finished units match the approved samples.

Four stages, each ending with something you can see and review before the next one starts.
We check the design for anything likely to cause cost, delay or defects.
We revise parts, finalise drawings and build the costed parts list.
We shortlist suppliers, compare quotes and support tooling and samples.
We oversee trial and early production runs against agreed quality checks.
Adjusting parts so they are easier and cheaper to make without losing quality.

DFM stands for design for manufacture. It means adjusting a design so a factory can make it easily, consistently and at a sensible cost, for example by changing wall thickness or reducing the number of parts.
It depends on the product and how much of the production process you want us to handle. After reviewing your design we propose a scope, which can range from a one-off review to ongoing production support.
Yes. We can work directly with your current factory on design changes and quality checks, or help you find additional suppliers if needed.
That is agreed case by case. Many clients prefer to contract suppliers directly while we manage the technical side, which keeps costs and relationships transparent.
