Game Development

Games and 3D experiences, with the systems behind them.

We build games and interactive real-time 3D experiences, plus the servers and back-office tools that keep them running. That covers player accounts, multiplayer and live content updates.

Unity Partner

Levels, characters and controls designed and built in 3D.

Rewards, events and progress that keep players engaged.

Multiplayer servers handle matches and saved progress.

A console lets your team manage players and content.

How we deliver

Four stages, each ending with something you can see and review before the next one starts.

01

Concept

Agree the audience, platforms and the core loop: what the player does again and again.

02

Prototype

Build a rough playable version early to test whether it is actually fun or useful.

03

Production

Develop content, art, back end and tools in milestones with regular playable builds.

04

Live ops

Launch, monitor player behaviour and run updates and events through your admin tools.

Trackzilla

Match video holds what coaches need to know, but going through it by hand is slow.

Sports analytics: player and ball tracking

What we built

  • Tracks player movement from match video
  • Tracks the flight of the ball
  • Turns the tracking into statistics
What it changed

Coaches use the statistics during and after a game.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only build entertainment games?

No. Alongside games, much of this work is interactive 3D for training, product showcases and education. The same engines and skills apply, with goals measured in learning or sales rather than play time.

Can you take over an existing game?

Yes. We review the code, servers and tools first, then agree what to stabilise, improve or rebuild. This is common for titles that need porting, a new back end or better live operations tools.

Who owns the game and its assets?

Ownership of code, art and other assets is set out in the contract, and it is typically the client. Licensed engines, fonts and third-party assets remain under their own licence terms.

How is pricing agreed for a game project?

It depends heavily on scope, art style, platforms and online features. We usually start with a paid prototype phase. Once the concept is proven, we agree the production budget based on what the prototype taught us.

Have a game or 3D experience in mind?

Describe the idea, the audience and the platforms, and we will suggest how to prove it with a first prototype.
