We design the electronics inside your product, from circuit boards and power supplies to enclosures and cabling, ready for testing and production.

Four stages, each ending with something you can see and review before the next one starts.
We agree what the hardware must do, the environment it will work in and the target cost.
We produce schematics and board layouts, with reviews at each major point.
We order and assemble first boards, then power them up and fix what needs fixing.
We test against the requirements and prepare the files a factory needs.

Discuss thisBoard design that handles heat, signal quality and electrical noise properly.
Discuss thisPower supplies, charging and battery life planned for how the device is used.
Discuss thisParts chosen with second sources in mind, so supply problems do not halt production.
Discuss thisMaking sure boards, connectors and displays fit the enclosure and can be assembled.
Discuss thisPowering up first boards, finding faults and correcting the design.
Discuss thisSimple rigs that let a factory check every unit quickly before it ships.
Discuss thisA kiosk screen at a fixed height is uncomfortable for many people to use.
People of any height can use the kiosk comfortably, and the design is made for low-cost volume production.

Discuss a similar projectWe pick tools around your existing systems, your team and how the product will be run.
The same engineering, shaped by the rules and realities of each sector.
Control boards, sensor modules and replacements for obsolete electronics.
Hardware built to survive heat, damp and long service in the field.
Electronics for monitoring devices, designed with safety testing in mind.
Custom interface boxes, controllers and signal converters for studios.
Rugged trackers and scanners that run for long periods on battery.
Point-of-sale accessories, smart displays and in-store devices.
It depends on the complexity of the hardware and how many design rounds are expected. After a discovery discussion we propose a scope and fee for each stage, so you can decide as you go.
Yes. We can review existing designs, fix faults, replace obsolete parts or reduce cost, provided you can share the design files or a working unit.
This is agreed in the contract. Typically the client owns the schematics, layouts and drawings created for the project.
We design with testing in mind and help you prepare for certification such as CE, FCC or UL. The tests themselves are carried out by accredited laboratories.
