Revenue Intelligence

Know which customers need attention, and why.

Revenue Intelligence connects customers, pipeline, pricing and commercial signals across your sales, finance and operations records, so your team sees each account as a whole.

CRM, contracts, orders and invoices are read together.

Renewals, payments and deliveries show on one account.

Accounts that need attention are listed, with the reasons.

Calls and outcomes are logged to guide the next renewal.

How we deliver

Four stages, each ending with something you can see and review before the next one starts.

01

Connect

Link CRM, contracts, orders, invoices and delivery records for the accounts in scope.

02

Understand

Build a current picture of each account and how it relates to products and operations.

03

Prioritise

Rank accounts that need attention, with the reasons and a suggested next step.

04

Follow up

Calls and offers are recorded with their outcome to guide future account decisions.

A key account that needs a call this week

A supplier's largest retail customer has a contract due for renewal, an overdue invoice and an order that is running late. Each team sees only its own part.

A first phase could cover

We agree scope with you before work starts. For this kind of request, a first phase usually covers:

  • Link the renewal date, overdue invoice and late order into one account view
  • Suggest the account manager calls this week with a new delivery date
  • Record the call and the renewal result as context for future accounts

A typical project, described to show the shape of the work. It is not a specific client.

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace our CRM?

No. It works with your CRM and adds what the CRM cannot see on its own, such as overdue invoices, late deliveries and contract terms held in other systems.

How does it decide which accounts matter?

It weighs signals such as renewals, payments, deliveries and order changes against your goals, then shows the reasons. Your team decides what to do.

Can it suggest prices?

It can test pricing questions, such as the likely effect of a reduction, using your own records. Price changes stay with the people authorised to make them.

Is customer data kept secure?

Access follows the rules of the systems it connects to, with permissions for every person and agent. It can run in your cloud, on-premise or at the edge.
