Custom Software Development

Software built around how your business works.

When packaged software forces you into workarounds, we build a system shaped to your processes. You get software that fits your team, your rules and the tools you already use.

We connect to the ERP, payment and other systems you run today.

Pricing, approvals and stock rules are built into the core.

Customer apps, staff portals and reports on the same foundation.

No workarounds: the software follows your process, not the reverse.

What you get
01Fits your processScreens, rules and approvals designed around how your staff actually work.
02Connected systemsLinks to your accounting, CRM and other tools so data is entered only once.
03Code you controlDocumented source code that you can maintain with us or with another team.

How we deliver

Four stages, each ending with something you can see and review before the next one starts.

01

Discover

Interview users, map the current process and agree what the software must do first.

02

Design

Plan screens, data and integrations, and review clickable mock-ups with your team.

03

Build

Develop in short cycles, showing working features regularly for feedback.

04

Support

Launch carefully, train users and keep the system updated as needs change.

CallAxa

Appointments from call campaigns were booked by hand, and managers could not easily see which campaigns produced results.

What it changed

Managers compare campaigns on real call outcomes and adjust scripts and follow-up emails with tested variations.

Also delivered: Clara, a German-language voice agent that answers calls and books appointments; Ringly.io, an AI phone agent for online stores.

Delivered by Hoki and its engineering partners. Product and client names belong to their owners.

Frequently asked questions

Why build custom software instead of buying a product?

Packaged software is often the right answer, and we will say so. Custom software makes sense when your process is a genuine advantage, when products need heavy workarounds, or when several systems need to work as one.

How is the price worked out?

It depends on scope, integrations and the level of support you need. We agree a price after discovery, either fixed for a defined phase or based on time for evolving work, and explain the choice.

Who owns the source code?

Ownership is agreed in the contract, and it is typically the client. You receive the source code and documentation, so you are not tied to us for future changes.

Can you take over software another team built?

Yes. We start with a review of the code, hosting and documentation, then tell you plainly what is sound, what is risky and what we would fix first.

Working around software that does not fit?

Describe the process you want to improve and we will suggest what to build first, and what to leave as it is.
